  1. Encourage and increase member participation in advocacy before all levels of government agencies for the business, trade-related interests of our members and society.
  2. Enhance communication, information and consultation services between our members and government agencies as an important way to improve the usage of policies, trade interests, and business opportunities.
  3. Educate the public about the benefits of trade among countries, and provide U.S. employers with information on Chinese business communities, contacts and with the characteristics of Chinese society that they need to remain globally competitive.
  4. Increase the level of knowledge and professionalism, and foster the professional responsibility, of our members.
  5. Assist members in effectively and competently pursuing their business goals and doing their professional services, and enhancing their satisfaction and success.
  6. Encourage and facilitate members participation in business community activities and support for business- and trade-related services and programs.
  7. Assist members in understanding and using federal, state or local business laws or relevant policies.
  8. Share tips, expertise, experience and stories and help members to plan and start their own business.
